Base finishes
The Bosphorus Dining Table Medium 79 in by sohoConcept in-house design team is sohoConcept's take on the dining table as a crafted object: a veneer or lacquer top on steel sled legs. The construction is contract grade, so it is as suited to a busy restaurant as to a dining room.
The Design Story
sohoConcept was founded in 2000 around a short brief: design down to the essentials, and let long-term durability and quality show through a clean-lined form language. The same pieces are made for homes and for contract interiors, and the studio's work has furnished W Hotels and the Paramount Hotel in New York, The Atlantis in the Bahamas and the CN Tower in Toronto.
The base is two solid steel U-shaped sled legs, chrome plated or black powder coated. Each one is made in Türkiye. The Bosphorus Dining Table Medium 79 in comes from sohoConcept's in-house design team and is built to the same contract standard as the rest of the collection.
