Belfry is an outdoor flush mount from Maxim Lighting. It measures 12 in (30.5 cm) wide and stands 8.75 in (22.2 cm) high. It is finished in Black.
The Design Story
Belfry reads as a modern bell tower: squared black columns rise above a cylindrical glass shade, and a rectangular hook detail carries the square form back to the backplate. Choose clear glass for a crisp look or hammered glass for more texture. Sconces, a semi-flush and a pendant let the tidy, transitional style run from the front door to a covered porch ceiling.
Why You’ll Love It
It takes E26 Medium bulbs up to 60W per socket, which makes it easy to choose your own color temperature and brightness. Materials: aluminum, glass.

Putting It Together
Maxim posts an assembly sheet (PDF) for this fixture. Outdoor fixtures need a weatherproof junction box and a GFCI-protected circuit, so we recommend a qualified electrician for the install.

It measures 12 in (30.5 cm) wide with a fixture height of 8.75 in (22.2 cm).
Which finishes and options are available?
It comes in Black. Select an option above to see each version.
Which bulbs does it use, and can I dim it?

Will it work on a low porch ceiling?
It sits 8.75 in (22.2 cm) below the ceiling, so it keeps headroom on porches and carports where a hanging lantern would be in the way.

It is damp rated, so it belongs in covered outdoor spots, like a porch, a covered patio or under eaves, where rain does not hit it directly.
