Slim Skin SH1400 is a pendant lamp by AIA Salazar-Navarro for B.lux; made to order in Spain.
The Design Story
The Slim Skin collection is composed of a glass cylinder (available in opal white or ribbed clear glass) coated with a metal mesh in brass or black finish. The metal mesh creates a moiré effect which avoids any glare and provides great visual comfort. All versions have a diameter of 12 cm. The Slim Skin SH1400 is the model listed here from B.lux's Slim Skin S range. B.lux makes each piece to order in Spain.
AIA is a multidisciplinary Barcelona team working in industrial design, architecture and engineering since the early 1990s (per B.lux).
