Axis is a bath vanity light from Maxim Lighting. It comes in 8 sizes: 1-Light, 5 in wide, 2-Light, 18 in wide, 2-Light, 13 in wide, 3-Light, 24 in wide, 3-Light, 21 in wide, 4-Light, 30 in wide, 4-Light, 28.5 in wide and 5-Light, 36 in wide. Frosted glass is paired with a choice of Oil Rubbed Bronze, Satin Nickel, Polished Chrome or Black.
The Design Story
Axis centers on a long oval backplate that anchors simple bell-shaped shades in frosted glass. The proportions are calm and balanced, so the fixtures sit comfortably in classic, modern or transitional rooms without argument. Oil rubbed bronze and satin nickel finishes give a choice between warmth and a cooler metallic tone. Frosted glass softens the incandescent light into a clean, even wash, with chandelier versions arranged in single tiers or with a down-light profile. A reliable backdrop for dining rooms and entries.

Which bulbs does it use, and can I dim it?
Each socket takes an E26 Medium bulb up to 60W. A warm 2700K LED bulb gives a soft, welcoming glow. Bulbs are not included.
How high should I mount it?
Over a mirror, a vanity light usually goes about 75 to 80 in from the floor, centered above the mirror. Beside a mirror, mount a pair at about eye level.
