Seat upholstery. Faux leather is the entry option. PPM-FR, S-PPM and PPM are polyurethane performance leathers that wipe clean; the off-white boucle is a soft looped fabric; Camira Era and Camira Blazer wool are woven contract fabrics. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

The Avanos Plywood Dining Chair by sohoConcept in-house design team is sohoConcept's take on the dining chair as a crafted object: an upholstered shell seat on bent plywood legs. The construction is contract grade, so it is as suited to a busy restaurant as to a dining room.
The Design Story
Since 2000, sohoConcept has worked from one idea: strip a piece back to what matters, then build it to last. That clean-lined language is equally at home in a residence or a hotel; the studio's furniture has been specified for W Hotels New York, Aloft Brooklyn and the Delta Hotels in Toronto.
The base is bent laminated plywood, natural or wenge finish, or American walnut veneer. Each one is made in Türkiye. The Avanos Plywood Dining Chair comes from sohoConcept's in-house design team and is built to the same contract standard as the rest of the collection.

Living With It
Clean leather-look and leather seats with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a little mild soap, then dry them. Vacuum woven fabrics with a soft brush attachment and blot spills straight away; never rub. Keep wood away from direct heat and sun, and dust it with a dry cloth. Clean glass with a non-abrasive glass cleaner.
