Seat upholstery. PPM-FR is a polyurethane performance leather that wipes clean, and the Juno boucle is a soft looped fabric. Screens show color slightly differently than real life.

With the Alice Office Armchair, sohoConcept set out to make an everyday armchair feel tailored: an upholstered tub seat on five-star base. The construction is contract grade, so it is as suited to a busy restaurant as to a dining room.
The Design Story
sohoConcept began in 2000 with a focus on the essentials: lasting construction, honest materials and a clean line. Its collection moves easily between residential rooms and contract projects, from the Paramount Hotel in Manhattan to Milos restaurant in Miami and The Atlantis resort in the Bahamas.
The base is five-star full-tilt office base with gas lift, swivel and casters; chrome, black or gold, 25.5 in (64.8 cm) across, or aluminum, 26 in (66 cm) across. Each one is made in Türkiye.

Where It's Best Placed
At the head of a dining table, by a writing desk, or in a hotel suite.
Living With It
Clean leather-look and leather seats with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a little mild soap, then dry them. Vacuum woven fabrics with a soft brush attachment and blot spills straight away; never rub. Wipe metal with a dry microfiber cloth; skip scouring pads.

Can the Alice Office Armchair be upholstered in a fabric I choose?
Yes, it can be made in customer's own material: 1.5 yd of fabric (1.37 m) or 27 sq ft of leather (2.51 m²). Please contact us with your fabric before ordering.

It is built to contract standards, with a weight capacity of 300 lb (136 kg).
