With the Alfa C End Table, sohoConcept and Namik Ozkaynak set out to make an everyday end table feel tailored: a black glass top on brushed steel frame. The construction is contract grade, so it is as suited to a busy restaurant as to a dining room.
The Design Story
sohoConcept began in 2000 with a focus on the essentials: lasting construction, honest materials and a clean line. Its collection moves easily between residential rooms and contract projects, from the Paramount Hotel in Manhattan to Milos restaurant in Miami and The Atlantis resort in the Bahamas.
Inside, the end table is built on a brushed (matte) stainless steel. Namik Ozkaynak designed the Alfa for sohoConcept and offers the one silhouette on a choice of bases and heights, so the same design can carry from a dining room to a kitchen counter or a lounge.
