Owl 3 Rechargeable Table Lamp by NEOZ — the Owl with a little ribbed lampshade: an even, glare-free glow in every direction.
Why it’s worth it
- Made by hand in Terrey Hills, Sydney, by the studio that has been perfecting cordless light since 1995.
- One charge, many nights: roughly 13 four-hour dinners on the lowest setting (N1), or 77 with the Pro battery.
- Nothing is disposable: the battery, LED and diffuser can all be replaced, and the lamp carries a 5-year warranty.
- IP52: shrugs off dust and drips.
- Chosen by hospitality: NEOZ lamps glow in Claridge’s, Six Senses and The Ritz London, according to NEOZ.
The Design Story
Part of the Owl family that Peter Ellis and Gabriel Tam designed in 2006, the Owl 3 is the most traditional-looking of the three, a miniature table lamp that NEOZ made entirely cordless.
Why You’ll Love It
It has the familiar silhouette of a classic lamp at a fraction of the size. The ribbing softens the LED so the glow looks almost like candlelight through fabric. It fits everywhere from a café to a guest room.
The Cordless Advantage
Going cordless changes how you light a room: you place the glow where you want it, then move it when the evening moves outside. The Owl 3 runs up to 17.5 hours on high and up to 55 hours on low with the N1 battery, or up to 66 hours on high and up to 310 hours on low with the Pro, and recharges in about 3.5 hours on its base. Inside is a Panasonic lithium-ion battery built for hundreds of cycles and designed to be swapped, not thrown away, which is why NEOZ lamps from decades ago are still in service.

Questions We Hear Most
Why choose a cordless Owl 3 over a candle or a plug-in lamp?
No flame, smoke or wax, and no cable to hide: the Owl 3 gives the same warm glow night after night, wherever you set it, then recharges on its base.
How do I charge the Owl 3?
Set it on a NEOZ charging base, tray or station. Select “Charging Base: Included” if you don’t have one yet. A full charge takes about 3.5 hours (about 8.5 hours for the Pro battery).
Where can I use the Owl 3?
Indoors and covered outdoor spaces such as verandas and sheltered terraces; not for rain. Its rating is IP52.
What warranty comes with the Owl 3?
Five years on materials and workmanship from NEOZ, and one year on the battery. Parts are replaceable, and NEOZ services its lamps for the long term.
What kind of light does the Owl 3 give?
An even, glare-free glow all the way around: the ribbed cone diffuses the LED like a little lampshade, so it lights a corner or a table softly.
When will my Owl 3 arrive?
It leaves our warehouse within 2–3 business days of your order.
