The Design Story
Thöming scaled CALMA down for the humble tealight, so even a small flame gets a proper, architectural setting. Thöming paired two humble materials, cast concrete and blown glass, and let candlelight do the rest.
Concrete and glass, nothing else: CALMA is a quiet, architectural candle lantern for the table, the terrace or the window sill.

Made for Real Life
Wipe the concrete with a dry or slightly damp cloth and wash the glass by hand. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Concrete is a natural material, so slight variations in tone and small pores are part of each base. Pairs well with the CALMA hurricane, SPIRIT cordless lantern and PLANTO watering can.
