ET2 Bombona LED Glass Cylinder Pendant Light

Bombona is a large cylindrical glass shade in Graduating Smoke with a Black finish. It is built around an integrated LED, so the glass glows.

It comes in 3 versions: 12"x10", 16"x7" and 12"x16". The finish is Black. Glass: Graduating Smoke.

The Design Story

ET2 describes Bombona as large cylindrical glass shades with a unique return, illuminated by integrated LED light sources. It is offered in three proportions, 12 in wide by 10 in tall, 16 in wide by 7 in tall and 12 in wide by 16 in tall. ET2 says a combination of the three adds a moody, contemporary style.

Why You’ll Love It

The three proportions give you a wide low shade, a medium one and a tall one, and you can mix them at different drops. The Graduating Smoke glass adds depth and keeps the light moody rather than flat. Each version delivers 990 lumens at 3000K, and each is dimmable. The Black finish keeps the hardware understated against the glass.

Made for Real Life

The LED is built in, so there is no bulb to find or match. We suggest a dry microfiber cloth for the finish and no spray cleaners.

Putting It Together

ET2 posts an assembly sheet for each version: 12"x10" (PDF), 16"x7" (PDF) and 12"x16" (PDF). ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.

Questions We Hear Most

Can I combine the three Bombona sizes?

Yes. ET2 offers three proportions, 12 in by 10 in, 16 in by 7 in and 12 in by 16 in, and says combining them adds a moody, contemporary look. Each is sold as its own pendant in Black with Graduating Smoke glass.

How long is the cord on the Bombona, and can I set the hanging height?

Cord length is 120 in, which gives a maximum overall height of 55.25 in (12"x10"), 61.5 in (16"x7" and 12"x16"). The shortest hang is 19.25 in (12"x10"), 25.25 in (16"x7"), 16.75 in (12"x16"), so it can work over a low surface as well as in a taller space.

How much light does the Bombona give?

Delivered output is 990 lumens, with a color temperature of 3000K and CRI 90.

Will my dimmer work with it?

Yes, it is a dimmable fixture. Send us your dimmer model and we will help you confirm the match before you order.

Can the LED in the Bombona be replaced?

The LED is integrated and ET2 does not list the board as replaceable, so plan on it as a permanent light source with a rated life of 50,000 hours.

Where can I install the Bombona?

It is rated for dry locations only, so keep it out of bathrooms with a shower and out of covered patios. The canopy suits sloped ceilings up to 90 degrees. ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.
