It takes 2 A15-shape bulbs with an E26 base, up to 6W LED each (TOV). It is LED-compatible (TOV), and an LED uses a fraction of the power for the same light. With the brightest bulbs TOV allows (2 x 6W LED) it gives about 1000 lumens (our estimate from standard bulb ratings): bright, room-filling light (our guide: about 450 lumens = a 40W-equivalent bulb, 800 = 60W-equivalent; reading is comfortable at about 450–800 lumens at the lamp).
