What is the MO-Pivot designed to do?
Visual Comfort designed it so that it is the pared-back rail head that still aims almost anywhere. It nearly vanishes on the rail.
Which MO-Pivot finish works with my palette?
Antique bronze or satin nickel: pick the one your rail and other hardware already wear.
Can the MO-Pivot light artwork or a display?
Yes, that is what it is for: it swivels 220° and pivots on two axes, so the beam lands where you want it.
Does the MO-Pivot come with a bulb?
No. It takes an MR16 lamp, which you choose separately (up to 75 watts).
Will the MO-Pivot work on my existing rail?
If it is Visual Comfort MonoRail, yes — order the matching version. Ordinary H-, J- or L-type track is a different standard.
Can I dim the MO-Pivot?
Yes, with a low-voltage dimmer chosen to suit the system's transformer.
What else do I need to order with the MO-Pivot?
A lamp, plus the rest of the system it mounts on: rail or a FreeJack port, supports, a power feed and a 12V transformer.
