Yes. It is wet listed (IP65), so it can live fully in the open, rain or shine.

No bulbs to change: the LED is built in and rated for 70,000 hours.
How is the Windfall installed outside?
It is hardwired to an outdoor-rated junction box by an electrician. Visual Comfort specifies vertical mounting for wet locations.
