YUA Bistro Table by kaschkasch for blomus — A 31.5-inch outdoor bistro table in galvanized, powder-coated steel, round or square, for balconies and small terraces.
Part of YUA, the outdoor dining collection by kaschkasch for the German design house blomus.
The Design Story
kaschkasch gave YUA one recurring gesture: wherever a flat surface meets a tube, it curls around it, a quiet joint that holds the whole design together. kaschkasch, the Cologne studio of Florian Kallus and Sebastian Schneider, built YUA from thin flat steel surfaces that wrap gently around structural tubes.
YUA, Japanese for connectedness, is outdoor furniture drawn with a fine line: galvanized, powder-coated steel in deep Granite Grey or pale Silk Grey.
Why You’ll Love It
A café table for home that looks delicate but is built for the weather.
Made for Real Life
Wipe the powder-coated steel with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasive pads. blomus recommends covering the furniture during the winter months to extend its life. The steel is galvanized before it is powder coated, a double layer of protection for outdoor use. Pairs well with the YUA WIRES armchair pair, CALMA hurricane and SPIRIT cordless lantern.

Why We Love It
YUA is light on the eye and tough in the weather, the kind of outdoor set that looks as considered as an indoor dining room. From a small town in Germany’s old steel region, the Blome family has gone from bicycle parts (1921) to metal gifts (1961) to the design label blomus (2000), still family-run in its fourth generation. LoftModern is an authorized blomus retailer.
