Yes, with the matching cord-and-plug power cord. For a built-in look with no cord, an electrician can hardwire it.

Can I change the color later?
Yes. Flip the switch on the fixture to change from warm to cool white.
Can I dim it?
Yes, with a compatible dimmer (Triac or ELV).
