Brox Modular LED Light Bar by Sean Lavin for Visual Comfort

Brox draws lines of light: slim black bars that join, turn and run as long as your space needs.
The Design Story
Sean Lavin designed Brox as building blocks of light. Each bar is a slim black square tube with an LED inside, offered in lengths from 12 to 96 inches.
Join the bars end to end, aim each one where you want it, and cap the run, and the light becomes part of the architecture.
Why You'll Love It
It is graphic, precise and adaptable, with warm 3000K, 90 CRI light that flatters people and finishes.
Made for Real Life
Nothing to relamp: the light source is built in. A soft, dry cloth keeps the metalwork clean. Pair it with an LED-compatible ELV, TRIAC or 0-10V dimmer to go from bright to candle-soft.

Questions We Hear Most
What is the idea behind Brox?
Sean Lavin designed it as building blocks of light: slim black bars you join, aim and finish to draw a line of light across a room.
How long can I make a Brox line?
As long as you need: combine 12″, 24″, 48″, 72″ and 96″ bars with Brox connectors and finish with an end cap (connectors and caps sold separately).
Is Brox bright enough over a dining table?
Yes for most tables: each foot gives about 100 lumens, so an eight-foot run is around 800 lumens of warm 3000K light.
Can the light be pointed at a wall?
Yes, every bar rotates a full 360°, so you can wash a wall, a ceiling or a tabletop.
What does Brox need for installation?
A power feed, connectors and end caps planned with your electrician; it is a hardwired system.
What color is Brox?
Nightshade Black.
Will I ever change a bulb in Brox?
No, the LEDs are built in.
How soon can Brox arrive?
In-stock lengths usually leave within 2–3 business days.
