Dorian is a very slim vertical bar of light with a small square block set along its stem. It is a strict, architectural shape, offered in three metal finishes.

The Design Story

ET2 describes the Dorian collection as bold and timeless: a square block support with cylinder LED tubes. In the collection the tubes rotate individually to position the light, which ET2 notes suits art and collectibles in stairwells or on walls. This is the 48 inch vertical pendant, with aluminum, acrylic and steel in Matte Black, Polished Chrome or plated Gold.

Why You’ll Love It

The vertical pendant is tall and thin, so it takes very little floor or table area while filling a high wall or stairwell with light. Black is the graphic choice, Polished Chrome reads cooler, and Gold reads warmer. Output is 1,080 lumens from an integrated LED, so it gives real light and not only accent. The collection also includes linear pendants, picture lights and sconces, so you can repeat the shape elsewhere in a space.

The LED is built in, so there is no bulb to find or match. We suggest a dry microfiber cloth for the finish and no spray cleaners.

Can the LED in the Dorian be replaced?

The LED is integrated and ET2 does not list the board as replaceable, so plan on it as a permanent light source with a rated life of 30,000 hours.

Where can I install the Dorian?

It is rated for dry locations only, so keep it out of bathrooms with a shower and out of covered patios. Ceiling slope is not listed, so plan for a flat ceiling. ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.
