ET2 says additional angled accessories allow the pendants to connect end to end or at angles. Ask us which accessories are available before you order.
How long is the cord on the Crossbar, and can I set the hanging height?
Cord length is 120 in, which gives a maximum overall height of 126.5 in. The shortest hang is 7 in, so it can work over a low surface as well as in a taller space.
How much light does the Crossbar give?
Delivered output is 1100 lumens, with RGB and tunable white color control and CRI 90.
Will my dimmer work with it?
ET2 lists the dimming as WiZ app control. Send us your setup and we will help you confirm the match before you order.
Can the LED in the Crossbar be replaced?
The LED is integrated and ET2 does not list the board as replaceable, so plan on it as a permanent light source with a rated life of 50,000 hours.
Where can I install the Crossbar?
It is rated for dry locations only, so keep it out of bathrooms with a shower and out of covered patios. Ceiling slope is not listed, so plan for a flat ceiling. ET2 recommends a qualified electrician for the install.
