The Design Story
Cable suspension is the architect’s choice for tall rooms: a taut, nearly invisible steel line that lets the shade float. The Wave 10 version uses a 10-foot aircraft-quality stainless cable with the power cord alongside. A clear glass globe wrapped in a spiraling rope of glass, in Clear or in tinted Smoke and Amber. Besa’s signature is the glass. American designers work with European craftsmen, every shade is made by hand, and each one is inspected in Ohio before it leaves the factory, so the small variations you see are the mark of a handmade piece, not a flaw.
