The shade is handcrafted in Europe and pressed in a mold, so each one comes out consistent, then etched to a soft satin finish. The result is a pendant that looks classic but behaves like a proper task light. Besa’s signature is the glass. American designers work with European craftsmen, every shade is made by hand, and each one is inspected in Ohio before it leaves the factory, so the small variations you see are the mark of a handmade piece, not a flaw.
