The Pica 9 glass you know, hung from a single stainless steel cable with a dome canopy. Satin nickel, bronze or black. Choose a built-in dimmable LED or your own bulb.
The Design Story
Cable suspension is the architect’s choice for tall rooms: a taut, nearly invisible steel line that lets the shade float. The Pica 9 version uses a 10-foot aircraft-quality stainless cable with the power cord alongside. Real sand sealed inside clear glass: the grains catch the light and the color shimmers, in Gold, Red or White Sand. Besa’s signature is the glass. American designers work with European craftsmen, every shade is made by hand, and each one is inspected in Ohio before it leaves the factory, so the small variations you see are the mark of a handmade piece, not a flaw.
