Eight glasses, from calm Opal Matte and Carrera to honeyed amber and fiery Magma, with satin nickel, chrome or bronze. The bulb comes in the box.
The Design Story
Mia keeps the shape simple, a classic bell, so the glass can be the star. Red Cloud is red frit splashed over red like watercolor; Honey swirls gold and amber over white so no two shades match; Marble Grigio and Magma carry dark marbled veins. Each is blown by hand. Besa’s signature is the glass. American designers work with European craftsmen, every shade is made by hand, and each one is inspected in Ohio before it leaves the factory, so the small variations you see are the mark of a handmade piece, not a flaw.

The glass bell is about 5 inches wide and 4.5 inches tall, and the sconce sits about 6 inches off the wall.
Which Mia glass is the most colorful?
Magma (deep red with black veining), Red Cloud and Habanero are the boldest; Honey and Amber Cloud are warm; Opal Matte and Carrera are softest.
Can I point the Mia shade up or down?
Either way: it is designed to shine up but can be installed facing down.
Is a bulb included with the Mia?
Yes, both the G9 version and the LED version ship with their light source.
What does the Mia sconce need for installation?
A standard ceiling-style junction box in the wall (4-inch octagonal) and an electrician; it is hardwired, not plug-in.
