The Mia is a 12-volt mini pendant in 9 decors. Pick LED (a 5W dimmable source is included) or halogen, which takes one 50W maximum GY6.35 bipin T-shape lamp.
The Design Story
A bell is the shape that never dates, and Mia keeps it simple. The glass is blown by hand in layers, with a clear gloss outside, an opal skin inside and, in the Cloud decors, a drift of colored frit in between. Choose a quiet white, a warm Honey or Amber Cloud, or a bolder Magma, Habanero or Red Cloud. Besa’s signature is the glass. American designers work with European craftsmen, every shade is made by hand, and each one is inspected in Ohio before it leaves the factory, so the small variations you see are the mark of a handmade piece, not a flaw.

It runs on 12 volts with a transformer included, mounts to a standard 4-inch box (sloped ceilings included), and is made for dry interior rooms. Is a light source included with the Mia?
Yes on the LED version, which includes a 5W dimmable source. The halogen version takes a lamp of up to 50W that you provide.
Why does the Mia have a transformer?
The Mia is a 12-volt pendant, so it carries a 60W electronic dimmable transformer, included, that tucks partly into the junction box.
Why choose the cord Mia?
A cord is the relaxed way to hang a small pendant: you cut it to your drop and set each height yourself.
Is the Mia right for a steamy bathroom?
No, it is rated dry, indoors only.
