The Design Story
Cierro takes the classic cone and refines it: a narrow cylinder that flares just slightly toward the base, for a contemporary line that never feels heavy. The glass is cased and blown by hand; Amber Matte, for example, wraps a caramel layer around an opal inner layer, and every shade is satin-etched for a smooth, even glow. Besa’s signature is the glass. American designers work with European craftsmen, every shade is made by hand, and each one is inspected in Ohio before it leaves the factory, so the small variations you see are the mark of a handmade piece, not a flaw.
Why You’ll Love It
Color without glare. The matte finish turns even Chartreuse and Ruby into a soft, luminous glow, and the gentle taper sends light where you actually work. Line up three in one color, or mix Cobalt and Chartreuse for a graphic, gallery feel.
Made for Real Life
Just over 5 inches wide, it fits over most counters, the damp rating covers bathrooms, and it installs to a standard 4-inch box, sloped ceilings included, on a 10-foot cord.
