The Design Story
Bobbi is a Besa ceiling light built around its glass. Marble (swirling threads of white woven into matte pressed glass, suggesting natural marble or alabaster) or Opal Cut (white opal glass with a fine cut line) in a soft round shape. Besa’s signature is the glass: American designers work with European craftsmen, and each piece is inspected in Ohio before it leaves the factory.

How big is the Bobbi 10?
About 10 inches across and 4.25 inches deep.
Is the Bobbi 10 LED version dimmable?
Yes: the LED is CL dimmable and gives about 1500 lumens of warm 3000K light. The bulb version dims with a regular incandescent dimmer.
Why is the Bobbi 10 called soft-round?
The glass is a gently rounded dome rather than a flat disc, so it has a little more presence than a slim flush mount while staying close to the ceiling.
Can the Bobbi 10 handle a steamy bathroom?
Yes. It is damp rated for indoor rooms, so bathroom and laundry ceilings are fine; it is not meant for outdoor porches or spots that get sprayed directly.
Do I ever change a bulb in the Bobbi 10 LED?
No: the LED is built in and rated for about 50,000 hours. The incandescent version takes standard A19 bulbs instead.
What does the Bobbi 10 need for installation?
A standard 4-inch octagonal ceiling box and an electrician: it is hardwired, not plug-in. The spec sheet is linked above.
