The Design Story
The stem Bana keeps everything that makes Bana special, the rounded torus and its inward-curling open base, and swaps the cord for crisp architectural hardware. Assemble the stem sections to the height you want and the swivel canopy lets it hang straight from a slope. Besa’s signature is the glass. American designers work with European craftsmen, every shade is made by hand, and each one is inspected in Ohio before it leaves the factory, so the small variations you see are the mark of a handmade piece, not a flaw.
