The Design Story

Bana 15 takes Besa’s torus shape, rounded glass whose bottom curls inward and stays open, and gives it real presence. Light falls straight down through the opening while the wide rim catches reflections, a retro idea that feels very much of now. Besa’s signature is the glass. American designers work with European craftsmen, every shade is made by hand, and each one is inspected in Ohio before it leaves the factory, so the small variations you see are the mark of a handmade piece, not a flaw.

Made for Real Life
