The Design Story

TOV Furniture designs pieces that bring boutique-hotel character into everyday homes, and the Baila table follows that approach. The material does the talking: the lacquer finish gives a smooth, glossy surface. Sculptural silhouette features two oversized tapered legs for a bold, gallery-like presence (TOV).

Why You'll Love It

At 31" it sits at or just below most sofa backs, so it tucks behind the sofa as if it were made for it. Only 14" deep, it fits a hallway or a narrow entry and still holds a lamp, a tray and a stack of books. TOV rates the top for 240 lb, so a stack of books or a heavy lamp is no trouble. No tools are involved: it comes out of the box ready to use. With 2 options to choose from, it is easy to match it to your entry, sofa or wall color.

Made for Real Life

The top is rated for 240 lb (TOV), so it is built for daily use, not just for show. Keep it looking fresh: wipe the lacquer with a soft, damp microfiber cloth and dry it, use coasters under drinks and vases, and skip abrasive pads and ammonia cleaners that can dull the gloss.

It shines in entryways and narrow hallways, behind a sofa or beneath a mirror or TV. Hang a mirror or art about two-thirds its width 4–10" above the top, add a pair of lamps or a lamp and a bowl for keys, and slide baskets or a bench underneath.
