The Design Story

The rectangle is OKU at its most practical: a slab of oak sized to fit a dresser, a desk or a kitchen counter. Lienhart, an industrial designer trained in Pforzheim, likes forms so pure that nothing on them is decoration. OKU is that idea in solid oak.

OKU is a tray reduced to a slab of oak with a low lip, in natural grain or deep black. The wood is FSC certified and comes from Northern European forests, according to blomus.
