Is the trim included?
No. This is the housing (the can) that is installed above the ceiling. The trim you see from the room is chosen separately, so you can pick the look, beam and finish. Trims that fit include NL-665, NLCBC-669, NLCBC2-65127BB/A, NLCBC2-65127BZBZ/10 and NLCBC2-65127HZW/10.
Can I install it in a finished ceiling?
This one is meant for new construction or open ceilings, because it attaches to the joists. For a finished ceiling, choose a Nora remodel housing or a can-less downlight.
Can insulation touch this housing?
Yes. It is IC rated, so insulation can be in direct contact with it, and it is air-tight to cut drafts and energy loss.
How quickly will it ship?
