The Design Story

TOV Furniture designs pieces that bring boutique-hotel character into everyday homes, and the Oodle collection follows that approach. The material does the talking: the vegan mohair has a brushed, lightly fuzzy surface.

Why You'll Love It

TOV rates the comfort as medium on its plush-to-firm scale, so you know how the seat will feel before it arrives. A seat 18.5 inches deep is room enough to sit and pull on shoes or perch for a chat. With 6 options to choose from, it is easy to match it to your bedding, rug or wall color. The fabric is chosen to cope with everyday spills and wear, which makes it practical as well as pretty.

Made for Real Life

Rated for 570 lb in total, it is built for daily sitting, not just for show. Inside you will find webbing seat support and fiber-wrapped foam cushioning. Keep it looking fresh by blotting spills quickly, vacuuming the upholstery now and then and keeping it out of harsh afternoon sun.

Where It Shines

It shines at the foot of a king or California king bed, entryways and hallways, living rooms and nurseries, or one side of a dining table. Set it at the foot of the bed to sit and lay out tomorrow's clothes, or by the door with hooks above for coats and bags.

Questions We Hear Most

How comfortable is the Oodle 56.5" Performance Vegan Mohair Bench?

Which options does the Oodle 56.5" Performance Vegan Mohair Bench come in?

Will the Oodle 56.5" Performance Vegan Mohair Bench fit at the foot of my bed?

At 56.5" wide it suits a king or California king bed (our guide: a bench roughly 60–85% of the bed's width; a full bed is 54" wide, a queen 60", a king 76"). Leave a few inches between bench and bed frame so it slides out easily (our advice).

How does the Oodle 56.5" Performance Vegan Mohair Bench arrive?

Can I use the Oodle 56.5" Performance Vegan Mohair Bench as a dining bench?

Yes, at a standard 28–30" dining table: the 17.9" seat leaves about 10.1–12.1" between seat and tabletop (our guide: 10–12" is comfortable). Plan about 24" of bench per adult, so it seats about 2 (our advice); TOV rates it for up to 570 lb in total.

Why We Love It

We pick pieces that look as good in a real bedroom or entryway as they do in a photo. The Oodle 56.5" Performance Vegan Mohair Bench does that with performance vegan mohair, honest dimensions and a maker that publishes its specs in full.
