The Design Story
TOV Furniture designs pieces that bring boutique-hotel character into everyday homes, and the Amara collection follows that approach.
Why You'll Love It
The footrest gives your feet somewhere to land, which makes a long coffee at the counter far more comfortable. TOV rates the comfort as medium on its plush-to-firm scale, so you know how the seat will feel before it arrives. A seat 16.5 inches deep gives you room to linger over breakfast or a glass of wine. No tools are involved: it comes out of the box ready to sit in. With 2 options to choose from, it is easy to match it to your cabinets, countertop or pendant lights.
Made for Real Life
Rated for 285 lb, it is built for daily sitting, not just for show. Inside you will find fiber-wrapped foam cushioning. Keep it looking fresh by blotting spills quickly, vacuuming the upholstery now and then and keeping it out of harsh afternoon sun.

Where It Shines
It shines in kitchen islands and counters (counter height) or home bars and pub tables (bar height). Line a row along the island with about 25" for each stool, and hang pendants above to tie the look together.
Questions We Hear Most
How comfortable is the Amara Woven Rattan Performance Fabric Stool?
TOV rates it medium on a plush, soft, medium and firm scale. The seat is 18.5" wide and 16.5" deep, filled with fiber-wrapped foam.
Which sizes does the Amara Woven Rattan Performance Fabric Stool come in?
You can choose Counter Height and Bar Height. Every option uses the same performance fabric. Sizes differ by option; see Product Details.
What materials are used in the Amara Woven Rattan Performance Fabric Stool?
TOV lists fabric, rattan veneer, wood, with a natural base or legs.
How many of the Amara Woven Rattan Performance Fabric Stool fit along my counter?
Plan about 25" of counter per stool (our guide: the stool's 18.5" width plus roughly 6" of elbow room, never less than 24"). A 72" island fits about 2, a 96" island about 3.
How does the Amara Woven Rattan Performance Fabric Stool arrive?
Fully assembled, in 1 box measuring Counter Height: 21.7"W x 24.8"D x 41.7"H; Bar Height: 21.7"W x 24.8"D x 46"H, by free ground delivery. In-stock options leave TOV's warehouse in 1–3 days.
Does the Amara Woven Rattan Performance Fabric Stool have a footrest?
Yes. TOV lists it: footrest height: 8.3". The footrest sits 8.3" off the floor. A footrest takes the pressure off your legs during longer sits at a counter (our advice).
Why We Love It
We pick pieces that look as good in a real kitchen as they do in a photo. The Amara Woven Rattan Performance Fabric Stool does that with performance fabric, honest dimensions and a maker that publishes its specs in full.
