Swiss designer Hannes Wettstein left an important legacy for the contemporary culture of design. His creations include the Faro lamp, introduced in 2000 and one of Palluccoï¾’s biggest successes. Today, also thanks to the partnership with the Hannes Wettstein Studio, Faro has been restyled. With its unmistakable cycle shape, the lampshade is no longer supported by a metal rod, but rather by a turned oak tripod with a lacquered finish that leaves the wood grain visible, creating a contrast between wood and metal. The lampshade can be adjusted to provide either direct or diffused lighting, with adjustable luminous intensity.
