Swiss designer Hannes Wettstein left an important legacy for the contemporary culture of design. His creations include the Faro lamp, introduced in 2000 and one of Palluccoﾒs biggest successes. Today, also thanks to the partnership with the Hannes Wettstein Studio, Faro has been restyled. With its unmistakable cycle shape, the lampshade is no longer supported by a metal rod, but rather by a turned oak tripod with a lacquered finish that leaves the wood grain visible, creating a contrast between wood and metal. The lampshade can be adjusted to provide either direct or diffused lighting, with adjustable luminous intensity.
