Original BTC School Light Pendant is a pendant light and made in England by the Oxfordshire lighting house founded by Peter Bowles in 1990.
Wired for North America (120V AC).
The Design Story
Modelled on the lights of old classrooms, the School Light keeps the simple spun reflector but makes it in copper and painted finishes. Its metal parts are shaped in Original BTC’s own metal works, a Birmingham workshop it took on in 2011 that still spins, welds and solders brass, copper and aluminium the traditional way.

Made for Real Life
An electrician connects it to a ceiling box. You choose the drop at installation. Wipe it with a soft cloth, barely damp, and dry it. No solvents or scouring pads on the metal.
