Care Instructions
This carving set is made of carbon steel and when properly cared for, can last for decades. Sharpen by hand on a whetstone every two to three years depending on use; avoid hard surfaces; hand-wash (no dishwasher/soaking), dry completely, and lightly oil the steel periodically.
