Artemide Tolomeo with Shade Table Lamp with Base

Artemide Tolomeo Table Lamp with Shade and Base combines the iconic articulated Tolomeo structure with a softly diffusing 7-inch shade for a warmer alternative to the collection's classic aluminum task-light diffuser. Designed by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina, the base-mounted lamp is available with either a pale grey Silver Fiber shade or classic Parchment shade.

The fully adjustable extruded-aluminum arms allow the lamp to be repositioned across a desk, side table or work surface, while the shade is engineered to remain vertical regardless of the arm angle. This combination provides the functional flexibility associated with Tolomeo while giving the light a softer decorative presence suited to offices, bedrooms, living spaces and reading areas.

Both North American versions use a replaceable E26/A19 LED bulb up to 8W at 120V. The bulb is not integrated, allowing it to be replaced when necessary. A convenient on/off switch is incorporated into the lampholder.

Choose Your Shade

TLS0006 – Silver Fiber: Features a pale grey satin and polycarbonate fiber-blend diffuser paired with the aluminum structure. Its neutral grey appearance complements contemporary interiors while softly diffusing the light.

TLS0000 – Parchment: Features the classic parchment-paper diffuser paired with the same aluminum structure and weighted table base. The parchment creates the warmer, more traditional appearance associated with the Tolomeo shade collection.

Why Choose the Tolomeo Table Lamp with Shade?

• Fully adjustable arms: Articulated aluminum arms let you reposition the lamp across a generous working area.
• Self-leveling shade: The 7-inch diffuser remains vertical regardless of the angle of the articulated arm.
• Two shade options: Choose pale grey Silver Fiber or classic Parchment.
• Replaceable LED bulb: Uses a standard E26/A19 LED lamp rather than a permanently integrated light source.
• Weighted table base: Provides a stable freestanding installation without requiring a clamp or through-desk mount.
• Italian design: Designed by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina as part of Artemide's iconic Tolomeo collection.

Adjustable Light with a Softer Character

The Tolomeo with Shade design retains the mechanical functionality of the original Tolomeo while changing the character of the light. Instead of a compact metal task-light head, the lamp uses a 7-inch fabric or parchment diffuser that produces softer, more diffused illumination.

The shade remains vertical as the articulated arm is raised, lowered or extended, keeping its appearance consistent through different working positions. This makes the lamp equally suitable as a functional desk light, bedside lamp or adjustable accent light.
