Artemide Tolomeo Mega Wall Lamp

Artemide Tolomeo Mega Wall Lamp brings the iconic articulated Tolomeo balancing system to a large-scale wall-mounted light. Designed by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina, Tolomeo Mega pairs an adjustable aluminum arm with a choice of parchment, pale grey fiber or black fabric shades for a softer, more architectural interpretation of the classic Tolomeo design.

Available with 12-inch, 14-inch and 17-inch diffusers, the Tolomeo Mega Wall Lamp can extend outward from the wall to position light over a reading chair, bedside area, desk, dining surface or lounge setting. The articulated arm allows the shade position to be adjusted without requiring valuable floor or table space.

The North American versions use a replaceable E26/A19 bulb up to 150W at 120V rather than an integrated LED module. This gives you the flexibility to select a compatible LED bulb with the brightness and color temperature best suited to the room. Depending on configuration, the collection is available with aluminum or matte black arm finishes and parchment, fiber or black fabric shades.

Why Choose the Tolomeo Mega Wall Lamp?

• Adjustable swing-arm design: The articulated Tolomeo balancing system lets you reposition the light across a generous area.
• Three shade sizes: Choose 12-inch, 14-inch or 17-inch diffusers to suit the scale of your room.
• Multiple shade finishes: Available with Parchment, pale grey Fiber or Black fabric diffusers.
• Aluminum or Black structure: Selected Black-shade configurations provide a choice of arm finish for a more coordinated look.
• Replaceable E26 bulb: Select a suitable A19 LED bulb according to your preferred brightness and color temperature.
• Wall-mounted versatility: Provides the reach of a large adjustable lamp without occupying floor or tabletop space.

12, 14 or 17-Inch Shade?

The 12-inch Tolomeo Mega is the most compact option and works well where substantial reach is needed without an oversized shade. The 14-inch version provides a balanced middle scale suitable for reading areas, bedrooms and workspaces. The 17-inch version creates the strongest visual presence and works especially well in larger rooms, lounge settings and hospitality interiors.

Each size retains the recognizable Tolomeo articulated structure while changing the scale of the diffuser. Parchment provides the classic warm Tolomeo Mega appearance, pale grey Fiber offers a cooler neutral look, and Black fabric creates a stronger contemporary contrast.

Adjustable Wall-Mounted Lighting

Tolomeo Mega uses the same balancing concept that made the original Tolomeo task lamp an icon. Its fully adjustable articulated arm allows the shade to move outward from the wall and reposition the light according to the activity below.

This flexibility makes Tolomeo Mega particularly useful beside beds and sofas, over reading chairs, near desks or anywhere a conventional wall sconce would provide insufficient reach. The wall-mounted design also preserves usable floor and surface space.
