Artemide Tolomeo Classic LED Table Lamp with Base – Aluminum

Artemide Tolomeo Classic LED Table Lamp with Base combines the celebrated articulated design of the Tolomeo collection with an efficient integrated LED light source. Designed by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina, TOL0005 features adjustable aluminum arms, precision tension controls and a directional diffuser supported by a stable weighted table base.

The articulated structure provides extensive positioning flexibility for reading, studying and desk work. Its aluminum diffuser can be tilted and rotated to fine-tune the direction of light, while the balanced arm system lets the lamp extend across a substantial work area without sacrificing the clean mechanical character that defines the Tolomeo family.

The North American TOL0005 features a 10W integrated LED system producing 593 delivered lumens of warm 3000K light with a CRI above 90. Brightness is controlled directly from the lamp head, making it easy to move between focused task illumination and lower light levels.

Why Choose the Tolomeo Classic LED Table Lamp?

• Iconic adjustable design: Articulated arms provide extensive positioning flexibility for desks, reading areas and workspaces.
• Integrated LED: Current Artemide specifications provide 593 delivered lumens with 10W total power consumption.
• High color rendering: CRI above 90 helps colors and materials appear natural and accurate.
• Warm 3000K illumination: Comfortable for reading, working and everyday residential or professional use.
• On-head dimming: Adjust brightness directly at the lamp head without reaching for an inline dimmer.
• Adjustable diffuser: Tilts and rotates 90° in both directions for precise directional control.
• Weighted table base: Provides stable freestanding placement without requiring a clamp or permanent mounting point.

Adjustable Task Lighting

The Tolomeo Classic LED is designed to adapt as your work area changes. Aluminum arms, polished die-cast aluminum joints and stainless-steel tension cables create a balanced articulated system that can extend across a desk or reposition closer to a book, document or work surface.

The adjustable diffuser adds another level of control, allowing the light to be directed precisely where it is needed. These features make TOL0005 especially well suited to home offices, professional workspaces, studies, libraries and reading areas.

Integrated LED with On-Head Dimming

TOL0005 uses an integrated 8W LED array with total fixture consumption of 10W. The current North American specification delivers 593 lumens at 3000K with a CRI above 90 and an estimated LED life of approximately 50,000 hours.

Brightness is controlled from the dimmer located on the lamp head. A plug-in driver supports 120–240V input, while the freestanding weighted base allows the lamp to be positioned without permanent installation.
