Artemide Tolomeo Classic LED Floor Lamp with Motion Sensor by Michele De Lucchi & Giancarlo Fassina combines the iconic adjustable structure of the Tolomeo collection with integrated LED illumination, on-head dimming and automatic motion sensing. Its articulated aluminum arms allow the light to be positioned for reading or focused tasks, while the built-in sensor helps reduce unnecessary energy use when the space is unoccupied.
The integrated 10W LED delivers 593 lumens of warm 3000K light with a CRI above 90 for accurate, natural-looking color. Brightness can be adjusted directly from the lamp head, while the passive infrared motion sensor detects activity in the surrounding area and automatically turns the lamp off after a period without detected movement.
Designed around Tolomeo's signature balance of engineering and visual simplicity, the lamp features articulated aluminum arms, polished die-cast aluminum joints, stainless-steel tension components and an adjustable aluminum diffuser. A weighted steel floor support provides stability while preserving the collection's slender architectural profile.

Smart Lighting for Reading and Workspaces
The motion-sensor version is particularly useful in spaces where task lighting may frequently be left on, including home offices, studios, libraries and professional workspaces. Its passive infrared sensor detects movement within approximately 2.5 meters (98 7/16 inches). When no additional movement is detected for approximately 12 minutes, the lamp automatically switches off.
This added functionality distinguishes TOL0104 from the standard Tolomeo Classic LED Floor TOL0102. Both provide the same 10W, 3000K, CRI >90 LED performance and 593 delivered lumens, but TOL0104 adds motion sensing for greater convenience and automatic energy management.
