Care Instructions
Clean with a kitchen sponge and water (mild soap sparingly), rinse and dry thoroughly; keep tools dry and store in a low-moisture environment; remove rust with a lightly abrasive sponge; oil once a year with a neutral oil and buff; sharpen as needed by competent sharpeners.
