Mickey Welcome Art Collection in Multicolor (Mondrian primary colors): pop culture, recast as sculpture by Leblon Delienne.
12 in (30 cm) of ABS with a matt finish, officially licensed by Disney.
The Design Story
What happens when the world's most famous mouse meets the most famous grid in modern art? Leblon Delienne's Art Collection answers with Mondrian's red, yellow, blue and black lines mapped over Mickey Welcome. The Mickey Welcome Art Collection is a clever piece for anyone whose taste runs from cartoons to museums.
Why You'll Love It
Since 1985, Leblon Delienne's workshop in Normandy has been turning pop-culture icons into sculpture, and France has recognized it with the EPV "Living Heritage Company" label for exceptional craftsmanship. The brand works under official Disney, Warner Bros., Peanuts and Sanrio licenses and invites artists such as Marcel Wanders, Kelly Hoppen and Jean-Charles de Castelbajac to reinterpret the characters. The maker says each piece is engraved with its seal, year and license copyright, ships with a certificate of authenticity, and its sculptures can be verified by phone through an embedded NFC chip.
It's an open edition, so you can collect it alongside other colors and characters without chasing a sold-out number.
Made for Real Life
This is a display piece, not a toy, so give it a spot out of reach of small hands and away from strong sun. Cleaning is simple: matt areas: a soft sponge with lukewarm water and mild soap if needed, then dry carefully, ideally with a blower or a hairdryer on warm.
