Artemide Tolomeo Mini Adjustable Desk Lamp by Michele De Lucchi & Giancarlo Fassina brings the celebrated balance and movement of the Tolomeo family to a more compact task-lighting format. Its articulated aluminum arms and adjustable diffuser allow light to be positioned precisely for reading, writing, drawing and everyday desk work.
Designed for Artemide by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina, the Tolomeo Mini uses a sophisticated spring-balanced structure with polished die-cast aluminum joints, stainless-steel tension cables and an aluminum diffuser. The lamp moves through an extensive working range while maintaining a clean, lightweight architectural profile.
This version uses a replaceable E26 medium-base A19 bulb rather than an integrated LED module. That gives you the flexibility to select a compatible LED bulb according to your preferred brightness and color temperature. Depending on configuration, the Tolomeo Mini can be installed with a weighted table base, desk clamp or inset pivot.
Why Choose the Tolomeo Mini Desk Lamp?
- Fully articulated design: Reposition the arms easily to bring focused light exactly where it is needed.
- Adjustable aluminum diffuser: Fine-tune the direction of illumination independently from the articulated arms.
- Replaceable E26 bulb: Choose a compatible A19 LED bulb to customize brightness and color temperature.
- Three mounting options: Select a weighted table base, space-saving desk clamp or integrated inset pivot.
- Three finishes: Available in Aluminum, Black or White depending on mounting configuration.
- On-head switch: Convenient on/off control is positioned directly at the lamp head.
- Compact Tolomeo proportions: Delivers the functionality of the iconic articulated design in a smaller desk-friendly format.
Three Ways to Mount the Tolomeo Mini
The Tolomeo Mini can be configured for different types of desks and workspaces. The table-base version uses a weighted 8-inch-diameter base for a freestanding installation that can be repositioned easily. The clamp version attaches directly to the edge of a compatible work surface, freeing additional desktop space.
For a cleaner architectural installation, the inset-pivot version mounts through the work surface and eliminates the need for a conventional base. All three configurations retain the same articulated Tolomeo Mini arm structure and adjustable task-lighting functionality.
Replaceable Bulb for Greater Flexibility
This Tolomeo Mini is the replaceable-bulb version and accepts one E26 medium-base A19 lamp up to 100W. A bulb is not included. Using a compatible E26 LED bulb allows you to select the brightness, color temperature and other bulb characteristics that best suit your workspace.
Artemide also produces a separate Tolomeo Mini LED Table Lamp with an integrated LED light source and dimming. Customers who prefer a replaceable bulb should choose this version, while those looking for a built-in LED system should select the dedicated Tolomeo Mini LED model.
