Artemide Tolomeo Classic LED Table Lamp with Inset Pivot combines the iconic articulated Tolomeo structure with integrated LED illumination and a space-saving through-desk mounting system. Designed by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina, this configuration is available in two distinct LED versions: the high-CRI 3000K TOL0035 and the color-adjustable Tunable White TOL0036.

Both versions feature articulated aluminum arms, polished die-cast aluminum joints and tension controls, stainless-steel tension cables, an adjustable aluminum diffuser and a compact die-cast aluminum inset pivot. Instead of occupying desk space with a conventional weighted base, the fixture mounts through a compatible work surface for a clean, integrated installation.

Choose TOL0035 when higher light output and CRI above 90 are the priority. Choose TOL0036 when adjustable color temperature is more important, with Tunable White illumination ranging from approximately 2500K to 10,000K. Both versions provide dimming and the extensive physical adjustability associated with the Tolomeo Classic.

Choose Your LED Version

TOL0035 – 3000K High-CRI LED: The current North American specification uses a 10W integrated LED system delivering 593 lumens of warm 3000K light with CRI above 90. Dimming is controlled directly from the lamp head. This version is ideal when higher output, warm task lighting and more accurate color rendering are priorities.

TOL0036 – Tunable White LED: This version uses a 12W system delivering 357 lumens with CRI above 80. Its Tunable White system provides color-temperature adjustment from approximately 2500K to 10,000K, allowing the appearance of the light to shift from warm to much cooler white illumination. Dimming and Tunable White controls are positioned at the base of the diffuser.

High CRI or Tunable White?

The two configurations serve different lighting priorities. TOL0035 provides significantly higher delivered output at 593 lumens along with CRI above 90 and a fixed warm 3000K color temperature. It is the stronger choice for users who want consistent warm task illumination and higher color-rendering performance.

TOL0036 provides 357 delivered lumens with CRI above 80, but adds a much wider range of color-temperature control. Its approximately 2500K–10,000K Tunable White range lets the user move from warmer illumination to substantially cooler white light without changing the fixture.

Space-Saving Inset Pivot Mount

Both models use a compact die-cast aluminum inset pivot installed through a compatible desk or work surface. This eliminates the footprint of a weighted table base while avoiding the edge-mounting requirement of a conventional clamp.

The inset pivot supports the Tolomeo Classic articulated arm structure, making these configurations particularly useful for built-in desks, executive workstations, architectural work surfaces, studios and professional environments where usable desk space and extensive adjustability are both important.
