Artemide Tolomeo Midi LED Table Lamp with Base – Aluminum

Artemide Tolomeo Midi LED Table Lamp with Base combines the signature articulated engineering of the Tolomeo collection with proportions designed for everyday desk and task lighting. Designed by Michele De Lucchi and Giancarlo Fassina, TOL0080 features adjustable aluminum arms, precision tension controls, a directional diffuser and a stable weighted table base.

The Midi bridges the gap between compact Tolomeo models and larger versions of the iconic task lamp. Its articulated structure provides generous reach across a desk or work surface, while the relatively compact diffuser keeps the design visually light. The aluminum shade can be tilted and rotated to direct illumination exactly where it is needed.

An integrated LED system produces 297 delivered lumens of warm 3000K light with a CRI above 80. Brightness is controlled using the dimmer located on the cord, allowing the light level to be adjusted for reading, computer work, studying and other focused tasks.

Why Choose the Tolomeo Midi LED Table Lamp?

• Integrated LED: Current North American specifications provide 297 delivered lumens with 9.6W total power consumption.
• On-cord dimming: Adjust brightness without changing the position of the lamp head.
• Warm 3000K illumination: Comfortable for home offices, studies and everyday task lighting.
• Articulated aluminum arms: Extend and reposition the lamp as your task or work area changes.
• Adjustable diffuser: Tilts and rotates for precise directional lighting.
• Weighted table base: Provides stable freestanding placement without a clamp or permanent mounting point.

Adjustable Lighting for Desks and Workspaces

The Tolomeo Midi uses a fully articulated arm system constructed from aluminum with polished die-cast aluminum joints, stainless-steel tension cables and internal tension springs. This balanced mechanical structure allows the lamp to move smoothly while maintaining the selected position.

The diffuser can be tilted and rotated approximately 90 degrees in both directions for additional control over the beam. Combined with the articulated arms, this makes the Midi particularly useful for desks, home offices, studios, studies and professional workstations where lighting needs change throughout the day.

Integrated LED with On-Cord Dimming

TOL0080 incorporates an 8W LED array with total fixture power consumption of 9.6W. The current North American specification delivers 297 lumens at 3000K with a CRI above 80 and an estimated LED life of approximately 50,000 hours.

An on-cord dimmer provides convenient brightness adjustment. The lamp uses a plug-in driver with 120–240V input, making this a plug-in table lamp rather than a hardwired fixture.
