Satin nickel, bronze or black.

The Design Story

Cable suspension is the architect’s choice for tall rooms: a taut, nearly invisible steel line that lets the shade float. The Pinta 12 version uses a 10-foot aircraft-quality stainless cable with the power cord alongside. Clear glass drawn with optical lines that sparkle around a visible bulb. Besa’s signature is the glass. American designers work with European craftsmen, every shade is made by hand, and each one is inspected in Ohio before it leaves the factory, so the small variations you see are the mark of a handmade piece, not a flaw.

Why You’ll Love It

It feels lighter than a stem and more precise than a cord. In a double-height room or a loft, a row of cable pendants draws clean vertical lines from the ceiling.

Made for Real Life

It mounts to a standard 4-inch box, sloped ceilings included, and is damp rated for indoor spaces. Our photos show the Pinta 12 glass; this version hangs from the cable and dome canopy described in the details.
