In the 1950s and 60s its designer Peter Morelli turned the arc lamp into an American living-room staple, and the brand still works from that same idea: good light, honest materials, a shape you notice.

Why You’ll Love It

It reads as furniture, not hardware. It measures 84 in tall, so the scale is easy to plan around. The light is soft and warm, built for living rooms rather than offices. The single finish is chosen to sit with most palettes.

Made for Real Life

Day to day it is easy. Plug it into a regular outlet and shift it whenever the room changes; no electrician involved. Dust it with a dry cloth, keep harsh cleaners away, and use a dimmable, flicker-free LED if you dim it, as Nova recommends. The marble base is genuine marble, per Nova, so no two bases are exactly alike.

Curious how the finishes and materials compare? Finishes explained and what your lamp is made of cover it.

Putting It Together

It needs no assembly.

Details and Dimensions

Maker

Nova of California

Product

Orson 3-Light Arc Floor Lamp with Smoky Mirrored Globes

Type

Arc floor lamp

Style

Contemporary

Dimensions

84 in H

Base

17"DIAMETERX2"H

Weight

75 lb

Item numbers

2311062

Where It Shines

It looks best across a sofa or sectional, over a dining table, or in a room without a ceiling fixture.
