The same pieces are made for homes and for contract interiors, and the studio's work has furnished W Hotels and the Paramount Hotel in New York, The Atlantis in the Bahamas and the CN Tower in Toronto.

Inside, the sofa is built on solid hardwood; loose, removable foam-filled cushions. The base is continuous tubular stainless steel, polished, with plastic glides. Each one is made in Türkiye. Tayfur Ozkaynak designed the Istanbul for sohoConcept and offers the one silhouette on a choice of bases and heights, so the same design can carry from a dining room to a kitchen counter or a lounge.

About the Designer

Tayfur Ozkaynak designed many of the chairs and stools in the sohoConcept collection.
