The borosilicate glass is ribbed on the inside, which makes the light warm and welcoming, brings out the effect of light and shadow, and leaves a smooth outer surface that is easy to clean. The light is diffuse and dimmable, with a Dim To Warm option on the maker's system that shifts the color temperature, by dimming, from 1800 K up to 4000 K.

About the Designer

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering, born in 1967, Jacopo Roda lived in Florence, where he breathed in the world of art and craftsmanship.
