In 1972 his patented pocket set became the official souvenir of the most famous match ever played, Fischer against Spassky, picked by FIDE’s Max Euwe. IC Design’s edition marks the match’s 50th anniversary; a Swiss social workshop, tät-tat, builds the steel board.

Why You’ll Love It

It is the rare travel set that is also an heirloom: small enough for a jacket pocket when folded, beautiful enough to leave open on a desk.
