In Boyhood’s version, his tall capsule shape is carved in oak, the overalls are darker smoke-stained oak, and the hands and feet are rubber. Boyhood is a Danish design brand founded by designer Jakob Burgsø. The studio makes collectible wooden icons from solid FSC-certified wood, including officially licensed characters from some of the world’s best-known brands.

Why You’ll Love It

The tallest of the three Minions gives a shelf group height and rhythm. The rubber hands and feet add a playful texture against the wood, and the scale matches Bob and Stuart. Because it is solid wood, no two pieces share exactly the same grain.

Made for Real Life

Dust with a dry, soft cloth, and use just water on a damp cloth for marks, then dry it. Strong sun can shift the color of oak over time, and Boyhood recommends keeping solid wood away from stoves and radiators.
